The SGM (Retired) Irvin Lyons, Jr. “Creating a Positive Lifestyle” Scholarship is created in honor of Irvin Lyons, Jr. Mr. Lyons is a dedicated advocate for all veterans and a founding member of the Kentucky Veterans of the Year Steering Committee.
