Important Facts about your Veteran Nomination
Criteria 1-4 above are matters of fact. That is, each nominee will be asked to verify these items individually.
Criteria 5 is strictly enforced. If your nomination is 750 words long, the judges will only see the first 250 words. Make each word count.
Criteria 6 should be the nominator's main focus. Judges are looking for veterans who are "Still serving" their communities and neighbors. Tell us how your veteran helps other veterans or where they volunteer or how they are making an impact in the lives of others.
Remember information items are required entries. Nominations submitted without complete contact information of both the person nominating and the veteran being nominated will be rejected.
Remember to click on the "Submit" button. You will receive a confirmation of your nomination on your computer screen.
